Scam or fraud: Happy Home Ioc Distributor — Not receiving gas 16 days after booking

Complaint Details:
My consumer no is 19594 with Happy Home, distributor of IOC.I booked my gas on04.03.2017. On 11.03.2017 i went to their office &. concerned person told that tentative date of receiving is 11.03.2017or 14.03.2017. On 15.03.2016 after enquiry he told that short of man power.On 17.03.2017 I lodged one complaint no2973460 over telephoneto 18002333555 . They advised that it will be resolved within 48 hrs. But this day on telephoning to9088324365 I get informed that delivery is complete up to 06.03.2017. On enquiry in Happy Home they told it was a wrong information. They told that it will be delivered within 1/2days.

I think they are harassing me .& giving delivery to later applicants who are known to them pl look into the matter
