Complaint Details:
During the month of March 2017, CANARA BANK has debited Rs11.50 twice on 11-03-2017 from my SB account, as ATM fee, whereas I have made only one cash withdrawal of Rs 20000.00 from my account No1372101016622 with Canara Bank, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, PIN-682016.
Moreover they have not bothered to answer my mail to them dated 15 Mar 17 asking for clarification of the above.
