Hi,
I had one complain against the Sharda TVS Service center, Garh Road Meerut.
I had serviced my Bike in the Month of December from the Sharda TVS Service center, I was having a problem of Overflow that petrol is coming out from the air pipe. They changed few things and made a bill of around Rs1400. However, problem still persists and I went back to service center. Now they changed the Fluid pin. But still the problem is not resolved and I had to visit third time and now asking for the carburetor change for Rs3000. This time I refused and comeback home.
The above incident is happened in time span of 2 months.
I serviced my bike in Dec 2016
Than after 20-25 days I again visited as problem still persists
Than after one month I again visited to resolve the same problem
You will notice that there is a gap between the days of visiting, this is because I live in Delhi, and and visit Meerut in 20-25 days. However, my Bike remains in Meerut and usually runs 20-25 kms when I reach Meerut.
You can verify that with my JobCard of Bike service. It will only show approx 60-70Kms run between this problem.
The service person and head is saying that it is because you are not running your bike. However, there is one more person with same problem and same thing is happening with him and he claim he daily run his bike 100 km and he is also visiting the service center third time and more to that his bike is under warranty.
But my question is to company is : If I not run my bike for long time or run only few Kms than it means fuel will leak from my bike. I have not seen such a problem in any other bikes, not running for a longer period (even months).
I believe I’ve been fooled by the service center and now every time i visit they make some excuses and try to make bill out of me. Although I mentioned my problem in first instance.

So please let me know what is the solution because I am feeling terrible with the response from the service center and it had broke my faith in the service from authorized center and also from the TVS bikes.
