Scam or fraud: Airtel — Unauthorized plan change / now extra charges have to be paid

Complaint Details:
My Airtel digitalTV ID 3010318101, i recharged my account on 15th march 2017 with 732 INR . As i got a message from default portal ” Recharge for your Airtel DigitalTV ID 3010318101 is due today . Your rental is Rs732. Recharge today to avoid Idle maintenance fee of Rs15. ” So i recharged with the same amount but instead my package gets changed to south package earlier it was MegaHD 58 so i called customer care and they arranged a call back so i explained everything but now they said they cant help as i have choose the pack, in the end of conversation i was today i would have to pay 781INR if you want to get the same pack and they changed my plan . i request to know why am i getting charged more, some pooja from airtel mohali told cost has increased i told her to give it to me in writing she arrogantly said not possible you can complaint …is this the way of increasing money and customer service ?? i am really disappointed with this .

I am not asking anything out of way all i am saying is why i have to pay more please help me out
