Scam or fraud: Airtel — Not providing service as per the offer

Complaint Details:
Dear sir,
On 10 Jan 2016 I paid for one year subscription of my airtel digital TV in an offer which provided me that if I pay for 11 months and I can avail 1 month free and I paid and availed the offer but 1 month free was not awarded as per the offer and my mobile no is 9487453919 and this no can be used as my consumer no for verification and I gave a complaint to airtel a month ago on December first week but they have not replied effectively and they did not provide any solution to this problem till now
