Complaint Details:
We have ordered and received a infocus mobile on 28th Nov 2016 and find the media player is not good and raised refund request and the call ticket # is 0550022741 and received a message to take the product at your doorstep on 12th dec 2016, but still no one has turned to take the mobile.
Your person called twice and not yet taken back the product.
My family is regular purchaser from snapdeal and this incident made me feel bad and do not like your service now a days. I can’t wait further on this. Need to take the product from me on priority and give me the refund.
Request you to do the needful on priority.
