Dear sir/madam we are facing too much problem in our locality. Here some people who have buffaloes are creating problem for everyone. they put buffaloe”s westage in sewer, becouse of this sewer owerflows and water come out from sewer then everone have to face problem. now-a-day our locality people are facing this problem. our area is looking like a sewer. Is it swachh bharat? sir i request you to solve this problem. please solve this
